Kaira pro for xbox is disappointing and a waste of time ive had 2 and both have been returned, the mic seems to pic sound up when not talking and sound distorts from time to time ive done firmware update and seems no different.

    I have exactly the same problems also got a replacment but still same issues. Also my headset shutsdown with a high ping noice when i try to connect to mobile phone with bluetooth. Did you get a refund after the second one?
