Hello everyone. I'm looking for advice or a reason why my Razer Kaira Pro headset randomly starts to make a crackling noise when I'm gaming and/ or watching something. I purchased this headset about 2 weeks ago, and initially everything was fine and the headset was flawless. About a week ago however, I noticed my headset would start to crackle every now and then while gaming/watching or streaming videos. Any tips on how or why this might be happening? I do have the oldest Xbox One version which I thought may contribute to the occasional crackling but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated!
