I have few issues with my Kaira Pro headset.



1. Last few weeks microphone will stop working in Xbox party or doesnt work at all in Xbox party and occasionally in audio messages too.



2. Regulary I get ocasional cracking sounds on Xbox.



3. All razer software including synapse, Razer headset settup for Xbox(in windows), Razer Kaira pro update does not detect the headset, Windows does.



4. Headset in Windows 11 has quite often beeping noise, like is connecting to bluetooth even if it is connected and working.



It is still under warranty, Razer automatic support cannot accept cthe case because their chat bot is broken and issues preventing it to make a case.

Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to another computer? Does the same behavior happen in Windows 10? Did you try reaching out to the team through this link?
