Kaira Pro on PC does the Razer headset setup for xbox app work?

Hello I am a pc user that recently picked up the Kaira Pro headset. I am able to connect it to my pc and I have sound. However when attempting to use the Razer headset setup for xbox app I have found that i cannot change any settings. I can move the sliders to where i want them and click done but these changes do not save. I also have no options to change the colors. I do not have an Xbox but so far as I can tell this is the only headset that will let me connect to the PC while also connecting via bluetooth to my phone. Is there support out there for this product? Side note when I connect this headset it does seem to cause the rgb on my other Razer Chroma products to stop working correctly. If I have them set for a solid color the colors start to cycle. I recently had this conversation with razer via social media. Here is the conversation I had with your folks on social media I have several Razer products that I would like to keep enjoying if we can find a solution for this issue. Exceptions being the Black widow and the keycaps which I returned already before I cooled down and decided to reach out. I would likely buy both again though if we get this issue fixed. If the Kaira Pros functionality is not going to be supported on PC I am perhaps open to a different Razer product if there is one that meets the needs I have specified (over ear wireless connection to the PC Bluetooth to connect my mobile device at the same time and the same level of software support that your other products have on these platforms (Mic and sound stage adjustment and lighting controls (if another product does not have lighting that is fine but if it has it it needs to have support.))
