Hello! I recently got a Kaira Pro (PS5) since it was on sale on Amazon a few days ago. Wasn’t pleased with the package since it was missing it’s original charging cable and connector so a support ticket was submitted for in hopes of replacement until I noticed something coming from the headphones when they turned on. I was not able to find anything online about this specific rumble or noise rumble which is why I am creating a thread here. Every time I wear the headphones and turn them on, the insides of the headphones make this noise rumble or activation rumble that is pretty noticeable and concerning. But it’s only there when the device is being turned on or when the device is one and is charging at the same time. Is this something that normally happens with this type of headphone due to the mechanics/ drivers inside? Or was I given a faulty one to begin in? Any help or clarification on this would be great!
