Kaira Pro PS5 chroma rgb stopped working

Hi guys.

So i just got my kaira pro for ps5. First time everything was fine, the leds were working just fine. As soon as i paired them to the app the leds turn off and never worked again. I've already tryied diferent things but didn't get them to work again.

Any tips?

    I get the frustration experiencing this with your new headset. Can you uninstall and reinstall your Razer Chroma RGB mobile app and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the LED issue.
