Hello, 

My issue is that the Razer Kaira Pro PS5 is way too loud when turning on. Everytime I start it it’s set by max volume. I also tried it on PC. My Windows Volume was set to 2 and I got earraped after starting a game or a video. 

Is there an option to turn this off?  I couldn’t find anything.
