I was enjoying my new Kair Pros, but these random low and high tones and power downs really make enjoying these headsets a challenge, and that will affect customer satisfaction. I feel as if something here is being misunderstood, and it is time to get clarification and identification on what is occurring, and how to resolve it.



Can you please help define these?



ISSUE 1: Random Tones when listening via Bluetooth. Usually a low tone. Sometimes a low time followed by a secondary even lower more base like tone.



ISSUE 2: Power button LED - What do the steady Blue, steady Purple, and blinking Blue LEDs mean??



ISSUE 3: What does it mean when I am listening to Bluetooth audio, I hear a random tone and the Razer logs on the side of the headset become lit or start to blink?



ISSUE 4: With battery above 80%, why would I hear tones when listening to Bluetooth, and then the headset shuts down after long usage (30 min to 1hr)?



If you have a cheat sheet of the tones and leds, please place a link here so all of us can be in the know?



NOTE: I am on the latest Firmware based on your firmware tool, battery at 80% or greater, only one Bluetooth device configured or powered on at a time and connected to the headset, with 3 feet of the headset. Distance to Wireless router seems to not make a difference.
