Kaira Pro turns xbox on plus sound issues

Hello, How to disable XSX on when I turn on the headset? It's annoying when I want to listen to music through bluetooth - don't need Xbox to be On in this case. 2nd thing, every now and then sound gets distorted, sounds like old record, I have to turn headset off and on to bring back proper sound quality. I thought that this might be controller interferance but no, nothing changes when I turn off the controller.
