Kaira pro won’t turn on

Please help , the wireless headset for Xbox will not turn on. This had been working fine up until this morning , when we have come to unplug from Xbox and use. I have re-inserted the charger , tried using different devices to charge off but nothing , no indicator light is showing . These were very expensive , please can someone advise . Thank-you

Were you able to try using a different charging cable to isolate the issue? But if even with a working charging cable and the problem remains apparent. There's a good chance that your headset may no longer be capable of holding charge. PM me a copy of your proof of purchase so I can check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
