Kaira Pro Xbox - MIC TOO SENSITIVE, HELP

I love this headset but I cannot fix the mic issues I am having: -My entire xbox party says they can hear my game volume while in xbox party chat. When playing call of duty, when I am shooting and talking at the same time, they can hear my gun sounds. Even sometimes when I am not talking they can hear gunshots from my headphones. I called Razer support and the person had no suggestions for me other than for me to send in my set for a replacement. I don't think that will help as I see dozens of people online with this same issue. PLEASE JUST GIVE US A SENSITIVITY SLIDER IN THE XBOX APP. I have no idea what these mic eq settings do and neither did the Razer support team. I have my mic eq set to broadcast which helps but does not remedy it. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!! I don't want to return these.
