kaira Rz04-0348

I have a Kaira headset ( RZ04-0348) for Xbox from 2022 that I may have used twice. I’ve since upgraded to a PC and wanted to connect it and nothing. I’ve tried the hyperspeed dongle but my headset isn’t a hyperspeed(found that out) I’ve tried aftermarket products and tech support but get literally nothing from it. Is this headset not able to connect to a computer at all and end up in the trash? I have a ton of razer products and this is the only one to give me trouble….. If that’s the case I will never buy another product from razer again. How can a headset be obsolete in a couple years lol
