Hi, 
Im in trouble right now, i’ve bought an kaira headset and it’s pretty hateful towards me. At first i’ve tried to connect it to PS5 to see how it would behave and i’ve seen line something like: ‘it’s fine that your headset has a bluetooth but we wont do anything’. Later on i’ve paired it with my mobile device (Korean one starting with letter S), it worked and i’m able to listen to music but my mic is almost unhearable. I’ve thought that it might be just one time or so… Later on here it comes my last hope and method to make money using this piece of equipment - PC. I have only 1 (one) USB-C connector and i’ve plugged in my dongle. OK, now i’m pissed! Windows had seen my dongle but between dongle and headset is something wrong. I need help from you guys.

my headset : Razer Kaira RZ04-0398

Try updating its firmware. If that didn’t work then you can send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check my resources for other workarounds.
