Hello. There was no scratch card with an activation code in the box with Razer kaira x so I used the "Online service with a surround sound activation code 7.1". Then I tried to activate the software, but didnt have code in box . What can I do? Can someone help?

Please ensure that you Register your Razer Kaira X to your Razer account. After successful product registration, check your email for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.
