Have there been any firmware updates for this headset that I'm missing? Is there anything Razer is planning on releasing soon?

I've had 2 on-going issues with this headset: 1.) Every time my headset is powered on, the internal mic is on by default, regardless of whether or not the toggle on the left earcup is on or off. 2.) Whenever it connects to my PS5, the volume is set to Max by default.

Had reached out to support before about these issues, and nothing. Was hoping a firmware update might happen down the line, but I've seen nothing so far. Kind of feeling abandoned with this product, especially, since companies like Steelseries and Epos offer nice little tweaks to the products I own from them throughout the year.
