Купил наушники Kraken x lite Removed serial number for security purposes на следующий день решил поменять их в магазине на  RAZER BLACKSHARK. Теперь не могу разобраться как первые наушники отвязать от аккаунта

    Купил наушники Kraken x lite (Removed serial number for security purposes) на следующий день решил поменять их в магазине на  RAZER BLACKSHARK. Теперь не могу разобраться как первые наушники отвязать от аккаунта

    This translates as:
    I bought Kraken x lite headphones (Removed serial number for security purposes) and the next day I decided to exchange them in the store for RAZER BLACKSHARK. Now I can't figure out how to unlink the first headphones from my account
