kaken x cannot set 7.1 surround sound

The problem is 7.1 surround application doesnt see that im using a kraken x it says '' high definition audio'' looks like either the headset doesnt install itself or i have to install it somehow... everything works but the 7.1... i looked google for asnwer coulnt find nothing so here i am
