hey all, recently got a razer keira hyperspeed and running into an issue where the dongle is only recognised while in xbox mode but not in usb mode, kinda awkward how when its in xbox mode it reads the headset as an xbox sound system and its not having any access to the microphone, any advice?

Have you tried checking for the headset’s available updates through Razer Audio mobile app? Be sure to pair the device with your Android or iOS device via Bluetooth while updating its firmware. Let me know if that helps.
