i am using a blackwidow 2016 and the a key sometimes does respond correctly. i've already cleaned it and checked other things but it doesnt seem to work any advices?

    How long have you had the keyboard, and have you tried checking for possible cable defects? By the way, does this happen with and without Synapse running in the background?
