Hey just purchased razer huntsmen mini and everything is good except one key is constantly white. I have taken the cap off so I believe it is a software problem. Please help

    Is this happening right out of the box? If so, then there is a good chance that that particular LED is stuck, and we may have to look into your RMA options. Do send me the serial number of the keyboard. For now, please perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
