key issues with blackwidow x chroma

Hi. some of my keys are not responding correctly. sometimes they randomly only react when i press hard i tried plugging it into an other pc, but no difference. i have never spilled anything on my board and kept it really clean so far. any solutions?

    Hey @urbanCameoPinkwire296! You're most likely dealing with a hardware issue so please send me a PM with the serial number of your BlackWidow X Chroma. By the way, did you have Synapse installed on both PCs when you tested the keyboard?
