Evening everyone;
My keyboard was working entirely fine up until a few hours ago. My “y” key has decided it does not want to work anymore (I’m having to paste the letter “y”.) I’ve tried all the fixes online e.g. Unplugging and performing a hard reset; removing all the drivers and restarting my PC but the issue just persists. I’ve put a request in to make a warranty claim but god only knows how long that will take. I’ve got no macros that are causing the issue and I can’t really find anthing else that may be causing this issue. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Hello there,
Try to update your keyboard’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
