Key press typing 2 different keys

I've got an annoying problem. Just bought a Cynosa Chroma yesterday and I'm still learning how to use it. Problem is, from one second to another, my numpad 0 and numpad 3 are now "connected". Upon pressing Numpad 0, for example, it types 30. It doesn't make sense, specially because how can the 3 go before the 0 if I pressed Numpad 0? Hi there. Have you tried plugging it into another PC to see if the same issue happens? Let me know.

    Hello, I got quite the same issue on my Ornata Chroma. Tested on two different PCs and same thing happened. I tried as a solution to assign keyboard function to the keys and for example this what was returned when I : - backspace >> Numpad 7 - SpaceBar >> Space AND low key - Numpad 1 >> right Alt + NumPad 1 AND Numpad 1 - Numpad 8 >> Right Ctrl + Numpad 8 AND Numpad 8 And so on for lots of keys I got no macro, just installed with my fresh install of windows (even during the installation I got the issues. Anyway with my Laptop, I got the same issues. Hope we can find a solution... Chrismast gift is beautiful but unusable.

      Heya, I got the same issue.. num 4 is working for me as mum lk, and 7 is typing repeating 17 for me.. got it 5 months now?
