Ive Tried everything the previous replys have stated but still, rebinding any type of buttons on my mouse will NOT work UNLESS I close synapse itself.

The main issue for me with this is that when i close synapse, it also disables macros so im not able to use a macro at all since they dont work when synapse is open or closed.

This just started happening around 2 weeks ago. I havent downloaded anything or changed anything with the application to cause this.

Any type of help to get macros to work without razer synapse itself being open would be appreciated.

(Im using the Razer Viper V3 Pro).

same issue here Naga v2 upgraded from synapes v3 to v4 and keybindings are refusing to work now if im logged into my id. if i log out and use  the guest sign in it works fine.  i have done the delete cloud sync data thing but that seems to have not helped at all

I had this issue too with my Basilisk V3 Pro.

From my understanding, the issue is not with the mouse but with the mouse dock pro.

What seems to have solved it for me (atleast for now) is going in to synapse (I use version 4), going to the mouse dock pro tab and than clicking the white circle with the question mark in the top right.
After that I clicked RESET under 'Factory reset’ which created a new generic profile.
Since there isn't really anything to customise with the mouse dock, I deleted the old profile and just renamed the new one to the name I was using.
Since I did that, my Basilisk custom binds have been working as intended.

Hope this helps someone.

I opened a ticket and they act like this is the first time they are hearing about it...

I have had at least 3 of these mice now and every one has the issue regardless of x86 or ARM CPU. They originally swapped one under warranty and now they just claim it is a known issue every time I complain for the last 2-3 years
