New Hi, I have a problem with my Razer BlackWidow Mercury Edition (RZ0302862400R3U1) Wired Keyboard, which repeats keys when typing. I would type the letter h and is would type the letter out 50 more types with one click. I have updated the firmware and it works when I uninstall the driver restart the computer but after opening a game it starts to break again. Does anyone have some suggestions?

    Hi, Does it behaves the same on other PC (without Synapse installed)?

    It seems to work on other computers but I haven't test to see if it happens when I try to launch a games also is being on windows 11 a cause of concern because the main computer I use is updated to windows 11 and test computers I use, run windows 10?

    You can try removing synapse, but you'll loose any keyboard management. Also you can try reinstalling it - remove synapse, use this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers from OS, then reboot PC and install Synapse (as administrator) again.
