The period key on my laptop has stopped working for some reason, don't know if it's mechanical failure or software problem, i've tried updating drivers, turning off synapse, but nothing has worked, pls help, I can only communicate in long run on sentences now!

For further isolation, try the steps here. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty before starting a case for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
