I’ve got a razer tartarus V2 and a pro. And recently upgraded from synapse 3 to 4. Which seemed fine at first. But along the way i’ve come to notice atleast 1 quite annoying issue.
In synapse 3 i was able to use right and left alts distinctly, but seem to be unable to do so now. Even tho my old profile keys still recognize them, i cannot add new ones or change old ones.
For example. On G1 i want the ‘hotkey’ Right Alt + 1. Which would show exactly like that on synapse 3. When i try to do this now on synapse 4. The only registration that happens is Alt.
Even when using another program that DOES support it (logitech Ghub, Corsair Icue) and configure a hotbutton there to then press and try to insert into synapse, it simply fails.
How can we fix this? Because with macro’s it works, but macro’s are simply slower. I’ve attached a screenshot of an imported keyboard fuction, which works like a charm.
