Keybinds on Naga Trinity still not working. Solution?

I've been many others with the same issue. I had to update to synapse 4 because I was having issues in synapse 3 thinking the update would solve my problems but now my keybinds don't work.
I've tried uninstalling synapse, restarting PC, factory reset mouse, clearing profiles, making new profiles, razor cleanup tool. Everything I could possible think. If i close synapse completely my keybind buttons work. I'm assuming its using the on-board profile but they my wheel doesn't scroll, zoom, or pan.
This setup has been integral to my workflow and its really slowing me down. Any fix or work around?
