Keyboard and Mouse doesn't work on PS4

I have a problem where my PS4 can only recognise one of the devices (Either the Cynosa Chroma keyboard or the Deathadder Essential mouse) Do you guys know how to fix this problem?

    They're not exactly designed for that platform, but I highly recommend that you test both devices on PC. Send over your results through PM so I can help you further isolate the issue.
