Good day,
I have a razer blade pro 2017.
My keyboard is a Razer Cynosa chroma and mouse is the razer mamba + firefly hyperflux.
Initially from the beginning the razer mamba + firefly hyperflux, randomly stops working takes about 10 secs to reconnect/recharge. I had it changed with Razer via RMA and it still does that even after updating all the drivers, and doing the proper razer support. I gave up on it and now im using a logitech G602 instead works like a charm. (i may upgrade to a razer basilisk as it seems my brother had no issues with them).
The keyboard just recently started disconnecting and reconnecting... This i am suprised of... I tried another keyboard and I randomly get disconnects and reconnects which never before happened.
Can you please assist?
Thanks

Try to clean the USB port from dust and debris and try using a different USB port for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can check its model specifications and forward your case to our RMA Team for repair if necessary.
