Keyboard and video playback problem

My device is a Razer book. I'm experiencing multiple issues with my laptop: 1. My keyboard just stops working out of no where and I have to restart the computer. This happens very often. And when I try to restart it, it wont shut down. Then I have to force shut down it, which usually solves the problem for few hours. 2. Youtube randomly stops playing video. I have tried several different browsers so the problem must be with the computer. This problem also goes away by restarting, but it's only a temporary fix. Can anyone help?

    Please send me a short clip detailing the issues. That would help me get a better grasp of the severity of the issues you're experiencing. I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the laptop and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to check for possible firmware or BIOS related solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
