Keyboard backlighting stopped working...

2017 7700 Razerblade 14" - no backlighting will come on when I go into the chroma configurator (Web_Razer_Synapse_Installer_v2.21.24.1) and attempt to light ANYTHING on the keyboard...was working fine. Tried applying the BIOS and Firmware updates, which installed but didn't fix the issue.

    Do you mean the keyboard lighting is turned off or are you talking about custom lighting not taking effect?
