Keyboard BlackWidow Chroma Profiles not Changeable

Hi, I am a bit frustrated now; normally I found solutions by myself. The Razer Synapse 3 installed automatically when I ran the update but now I can NOT change profiles for how the keyboard should behave. I removed the Synapse 3 as I have seen some articles that the BlackWidow (v1?) is not compatible. But with Synapse 2 re-installed I am not able to neither see any profiles and (hence) nor change any profile. Please advice. Thanks and regards

    Not sure how Synapse 3 installed itself after an update but please send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can validate the model and look into model-specific resolutions.
