I just bought a keyboard today, and downloaded the application to change the rgb, and now my O key is just stuck on white

+1Resetting keyboard in Synapse will help? Or try creating new profile.
If it's still the same it may be problem with LED.

If that didn't work, proceed by performing clean re-installation of the Synapse application, just follow these steps.
