Keyboard Function Turbo on Razer Tartarus V2

I am not very knowledgeable with these sort of things. I am wanting to use the Turbo in the Keyboard Function to set my keystroke to 90ms. I don’t understand the 1 - 20. Can someone explain to me how to set the Turbo to Milliseconds? How do you calculate this?

    To enable the turbo function (which allows a key to repeatedly press) on your Razer Tartarus V2, you'll need to use Razer Synapse 3. Open Synapse, go to the "KEYBOARD" > "CUSTOMIZE" section, select the key you want to assign turbo to, and then choose "Mouse Function" > "Left Click" (or your desired function) and enable the turbo mode.
