Keyboard is typing "9" when I press arrow keys down

Hey Community, I have a problem with my Oranta Chroma, every time I want to go down with the arrow key my keyboard is typing a "9" instead of of going down. The problem is keep coming back even when I formatted my PC, all drivers are up to date, updated with the latest version of Synaps. Does anybody have a clue how i could solve this problem? LG Ben

    Hi @soloRussetplane444. Does this occur in specific apps or in general? Try testing without Synapse running in the background and put up your results here.

    No solution :( I've talked to support and even pressing ESC + CAPS with usb unpluged nothing works. If you have warranty you can replace it, trashed mine :( Now im in the maket for a new one, maybe logitech...
