Dear Razer Support,

I am writing to you regarding an issue with my Razer keyboard. When I use the Start key in combination with other keys, it does not work correctly. This issue is specific to the Razer keyboard, as the Start key functions properly with other keyboards. This suggests that the key itself is functional, but something is going wrong specifically with the Razer keyboard.

I have already tried several steps, including disabling the gaming mode, reconnecting the keyboard to another USB port, restarting the Razer Synapse program, and updating the drivers. However, the problem remains unresolved. I have also reinstalled Windows, attempted to restore the key functionality through the registry, and used the command line, but none of these attempts have been successful.

I would appreciate any assistance or recommendations you can provide to resolve this issue. There might be additional settings or updates that could help.
