I have 2 issues, if anyone can help…

 

  1. where is the apostrophe key??
  2. 2) I can’t get secondary functions to light up, ex: the question mark

Post a photo of the keyboard.

Apostrophe key should be there, also 2nd characters are backlit.

Mine aren’t backlit, and I can’t figure out how to light them up.

These look like a printed one, so they won’t backlit.

That’s what I thought. Also no idea where that apostrophe is.
