Keyboard Keys showing different colors
Hi support team,
I've been facing some issues with my Razer Blade Pro 17 2020 model's keyboard issue.
The lights are always showing different on the key Y and A no matter what I do.
Below are some steps I followed to sort out this issue but it couldn't resolve.
1. Synapse Updates - I installed latest updates for Synapse but the issue didn't resolve.
2. Uninstall Synapse and did the clean installation again but no vein.
3. I thought it could be my windows operating system, I reformatted everything and reinstalled windows, updated all the drivers and windows update, but the problem still persists.
4. I have updated it the most recent BIOS and Security patches you have given, but it didn't resolve the issue either.

I'm afraid you have dead LEDs for both keys in question. There's not much that we can do but get them replaced by our Repair Team. Please PM me the serial number of the laptop. I can use that to check the warranty status and submit a repair ticket on your behalf. Let's go from there.
