Keyboard Led broken

Hi Support, i've got a Razer Blade Pro 17 rz09-02877G92 and am very pleased with the device. Unfortunately one of the keys (F12) has a broken led (blue color missing). When I change the keyboard colors to blue the F12 key remains green. Changing to red, it also changes to red. It bugs me a bit and maybe you have any advise on how to fix this issue. Best regards

Could you send me a short clip when the LED changes? That way, I can better grasp the situation. For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following the steps on this page.
