I play a wide range of games regularly and have not encountered problems before with my Razer set up (Diamondback mouse, Black Widow Elite keyboard and Kraken Tournament headset) until playing Hell Let Loose, which I picked up recently.
Hell Let Loose and keyboard work fine until approximately 2.5-4 hours of gameplay. The controls function in game except for chat, opening chat will spam it with ‘\\\\...’ or not enter anything at all while the voice chat keys all fail to respond (HLL has three different voice chats). If I close the game then the keyboard is stuck in a shortcut-like mode where the press of any individual key will trigger opening, selecting or activating something as if I had clicked on Save As, Save to Bookmarks or some similar thing.
So far a restart or jamming enough keys after shutting down the game eventually gets it to go back to normal. I did try ending the Razer software ‘Exit all Apps’ and this fixed it the last time it happened.
This seems like there is a conflict somewhere between the Razer and Hell Let Loose software but I can not find a way to report this directly to Razer. Has anyone else had this problem or found a fix?
