keyboard multimedia keys and delete key not working

I cloned the hard drive off of my old lenovo and installed it into my new razer 14 (2024 model). I also updated the ram. I have tried rebinding keys, etc. I can't get the delete key or multimedia keys to work! I installed the razer bios updater as well
