Keyboard not responding

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with my keyboard that started after I changed my pc. Some keys are not responding when I tap on them[other times they respond well]. In the daily life, it's just annoying. When I'm playing Darks Souls the game might be a little unforgivable. only the Q that do not works, but it bothered me a lot. As LOL use the A key for the skills, I setted my keys to be at just one stretch of a finger. Anyone have an idea how to fix this problem? BTW my keyboard is 2016 black widow ultimate stealth edition tried to summit a ticket online, but the system doesnt recognize my serial number for some reason

    Does this happen with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app by following this guide. That said, PM the serial number of your keyboard and a screenshot of what pops up when you try to submit a ticket online.
