I've been having this problem since the last few days; the keyboard just goes unresponsive all of the sudden and starts weirdly flashing red. Last time this happened, i just fixed it by updating the keyboard on Synapse, however now i don't know what to do. I've tried disconnecting and connecting, deleting the keyboard from device manager, and maybe even smashing the keys :). A red color is just faintly glowing/flashing. Only buttons that work is volume control and the top 3 buttons next to it with the rgb.
i got this from amazon refurbished 2 months ago. Any help is very welcome!
