keyboard not working, or working but not?

My mom touched my keyboard, now it doesn't work at all. I'm using the huntsman mini purple switch, and either it lights up and uses the default wave profile built into the keyboard, then when i type it does my own custom one, but i cant type. Or,  what it does is I can type perfectly normally,  but under no circumstances does my keyboard light up. I've tried hard resetting the keyboard (unplugging it, holding esc caps and space then plugging it back in but that does nothing). Nothing i try works, and no lighting makes it more difficult to type as i utilize peripheral vision to do so , and no typing... is well no typing so it's just an expensive light rectangle. Please assist, I want to play ghost of tsushima
