Keyboard not working with Synapse

I just bought a Blackwidow TE V2 and it does not work with Synapse, I have checked multiple times and have searched online, I have not found the solution. But I did got to know that it does work if you turn synapse off. I want my lighting and have to use the default superslow color cycle. Somebody Help Please
