My keyboard since 2 days ago, in game when I click a and then d "strafe" sometimes the d don't register and makes me stand still at the same place. I don't know what i should do?

    We need to gather more info for RAZER official support
    • What is your keyboard model?
    • What OS are you using?
    • Have you updated your OS?
    • Have you updated your Synapse?
    For physical problem with the D key, use notepad and try press D constantly and see if it registers your presses. If notepad is registering your D presses, then this is an issue with the software side of your OS. Due to some sort of Windows OS source file damage, it is unable to register the D press on the game you are playing.

    My keyboard is a Razer Huntsman mini, and my OS is win10, and i updated yesterday the win and synapse. I tried typing on the notepad like you said and the d registered, but in all the games that i tested (csgo, overwatch, valorant) i have the same problem.

    What CPU do you use? AMD or Intel?

    Alright, I'm gonna ask RAZER official support to give a final word on this~~~ In the past we have seen many Insiders with Huntsman Mini having issues on their AMD CPU platform Check out the following thread Razer Insider | Forum - Huntsman mini broke my windows | Page 10 At this moment, I cannot advise further~~~ If I was to advise, which I think you'll find it "ridiculous". Change to Intel platform. Even my Huntsman Elite showed an issue when running on my AMD (FM2) socket platform. I am not sure what RAZER official support will advise, but I think the issue lies within the difference of how the data processing works between AMD and Intel.     I've completed my full gaming PC setup and am now ready to buy Razer components. I would also need help in this regard, for like which keyboard, mouse, and speakers are good? I've already bought the ASUS ROG STRIX and using the motherboard that this source https://www.neogamr.net/best-motherboard-for-ryzen-5-5600x/ listed with 850W PSU. For me, I just need everything related to Razer in my build. What you guys can suggest? It would be a really great help. Thanks
