Good Morning to everyone that is reading this, I’m trying to use the Caret symbol (shift 6) but when I try to shift 6 it does not work. I have a huntsman mini keyboard and I’ve tried everything as in troubleshooting, resetting my drivers, keyboard, uninstalling and reinstalling, command prompts, etc. Nothing has been working yet. Any ideas? and my keyboard is out of warranty. Thanks!

Let me check on your keyboard. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue.
