Hello, I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 2019 RZ09 - 03148W02 and the F12 key does not have the RGB lighting failing. I know that in Brazil there will be no support from you. I also saw in the forum that there are many reports of the same problem. I've had several notebooks from reputable brands and I've never had problems like this. Can you help me?

Try to isolate if it's a software or hardware problem. Update the keyboard driver and repair the Synapse app by following the steps here. If the same issue persists, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide. If the same issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you resolve the problem.
