Keyboard/Software bugging out

Hey, so I've been having this weird issue through two Razer keyboards (I think first a Huntsman Chroma and now a Blackwidow v3 Chroma), where there are several issues that I'll try to go over, that tend to be oddly specific: MOBAs (Heroes of the Storm and League of Legends): Buttons are randomly mapped to other buttons unless I tab out and back in, once the game has loaded. Blizzard Games (Heroes of the Storm and World of Warcraft): After tabbing out and back in (or just clicking off the game), when going back in, a button has to be pressed twice to work, then functions normally. So to press Q, I'd have to press it once to 'unlock' it, then it'd work as normal. General use: Sometimes, when attempting to use the Ctrl, Shift, Alt buttons, they must be done twice. So to alt tab, I have to try to alt tab twice to get it to work. Yakuza Games (Maybe Sega games?): When starting the game, it is like every mapped button is being held down. I have to press every single button to be able to play, and when alt tabbing out and back in, it does it again. Outriders: Sometimes randomly makes me dodge in a direction, even if I'm not moving in that direction. So, things I've tried: Reinstalled Windows entirely. Updated Windows to latest version. Removed all Razer hardware through Device Manager and restarted. Reinstalled Chroma Studio. I have the following Razer peripherals: Blackwidow V3 Basilisk V2 Goliathus Mousepad Nari Ultimate I'd love some help, because I've just been putting up with this for a couple years, tried changing keyboards, but it's just not working.
